If you like almond butter, you'll love these protein bars. One makes a great, no-work breakfast, and all I add is a glass of water w/ a little lemon juice. The ingredients are so pure--all organic and all real food instead of chemicals. They are fairly sweet, having pureed dates, raisins and agave nectar, along w/ the almond butter and rice protein. I find I am not hungry for 4 hours after eating one--just in time for lunch.
The bars are very dense though everything in them is ground up, so I find myself eating it in tiny bites and chewing for a while. Having one for breakfast may not save as much time as you'd expect unless you eat it in the car or train on the way to work. I plan to buy 2 boxes/month, and worry that they may someday discontinue them.

It is very satisfying with only a few ingredients. The bar is vegan which is kind of an extra plus for vegetarians and it doesn't have a weird after taste. The bar is very dense and nutty flavored from the almond butter and not too sweet. When I have one in the morning, I don't feel hungry at all until lunch time.

ok, protein bars taste like chalk, are dry, and feel like drywall in the mouth.
this one isnt that much different. however, it goes down better knowing that it is 100% made with good stuff.
i dont care for the dried fruit in it... but that's just me. they taste ok though.
i have a vita mix so i just get 8oz of skim milk and blend this sucker down! nice easy to drink and fairly tasty protein drink that's pretty good and good for you. (if you do blend, break the bar into small bits, and you could add a very ripe banana for some added sweetness)
i think im sticking with the chocholate version.
