I'm a serious athlete who can look back a decade or more at that one choice we used to have of nutrition bars - the old Power Bar.
Now every joker who can snatch an oat from a horse's feed bag can manufacture a "health" or "nutrition" bar.
The Organic Protein bar is the only bar worth eating. The company is NOT trying to fool you into feeling good, by jacking you up with sugar. This is what almost all bars on the market now do.
Isn't it ironic that parents complain about all the sugar in foods that do this, boost energy, in kids? Mom and dad then buy junk nutrition bars to feel better about their own eating habits.
Stop playing with your health.
Go for protein, instead of carbs, and buy the Organic Protein bar, if you're truly concerned about your health.
