I just ordered the travel pillow so I never have to be without my buckwheat. I originally bought this pillow (Japanese size) to help me recover from whiplash. It does take some getting used to. I had to take some of the buckwheat out to make it more comfortable. The pillow also ran a little cool for me (great ventilation) so I wrapped it in some fleece and it was perfect. I'll never go back to the old polyfil pillows. My neck is fantastic now and I am sleeping better than I have in years. I am a stomach sleeper and have found no problems with this pillow. It conforms to however you want to sleep. Love it! Love it! Love it!Product Review: good idea

If one is looking for a natural pillow filler which has little or no chemicals and likes it to be very, very firm - as I do - this is the right one. The buckwheat has a sound to it as it moves around that is soothing to me. If you buy such a pillow just don't expect it to be like the pillows you know or you might be dissapointed.
I like the product. It might not have to be filled quiet that tight.

quality product. the size means exactly what it says. travel/child size. too small 4 me. i had to invest in japanese size/small. (one size larger) japanese size is perfect 4 me. consider size carefully before purchase in order to avoid costly & nuisance returns. good company, quality product.
