Organic Acai fruit capsules is a great product for dieting. I happened to have allergies to fruit and didn't realize that this was not the right choice for me. I started using the capsules, but after a couple days I developed severe mid right thoracic pain and I thought that I was having an asthma attack. The pain was so bad it felt like pleurisy. Little did I know when I went to the doctor he told me that I had a anaphylaxis reaction to this and to discontinue it. I still think that this is a good product, but recommend that if you have allergies to any type of fruit and have asthma as a reaction to an allergy, to check with your doctor first before taking this.
