I bought this for my wife as I noticed she didn't brush her teeth as long as recommended. The exteral timer might seem silly, but if you tell yourself it is important to get a smile out of it (brush for 2 min) everytime, then it might be worth it. Seems to be built well and doesn't tickle while brushing like some that don't have round brush heads. Battery holds for over 20 brushes easy without charging, but I would expect most keep it plugged in all the time. Wireless timer works VERY well. You can walk out of range if you go walking around the house while brushing your teeth.Product Review: Blueslady

I have only had this item for about 6 weeks so it is still alittle early to give a thorough review. Thus far I am pleased with this electric toothbrush. I really like the power speed and the separate timer to view your time. The downside is the small size of the brush attachment and the cost of replacements. I bought this about a year ago from my dentist to replace my sonicare (which I lost traveling). Since my periodontist sells this one, and this one only, I bought it instead of a sonicare thinking it must be better. I have really bad gums and have had several surgeries so have to ensure that I keep my gums in tip top shape between cleanings every three months. After a year the OralB Triumph totally died, hence the 2 stars. Since there is not a service center near me I don't want to have to deal with shipping it for repair, etc. I will buy the sonicare again because in addition to it lasting for years, I like it much better. The Oral B triumph is too rough and hard to get in between teeth, which is where I have most of my trouble. The sonicare seems to get in there better, feels massaging, and doesn't feel like it beats up my gums so much like this one did. I'm sure this one is better at cleaning teeth, but I have nearly perfect teeth so it's the gums I need to worry about. The staff at my dentist is divided as well about which is better so it's probably a matter of personal preference, but I expect something this pricey to last more than a year, hence the low rating overall. This is a great toothbrush. It is the best when it comes to cleaning the inner teeth - the hardest to clean. I saw improvements in my teeth shine right away and I have only used for 3 weeks - twice a day.

Hi Everyone i was asked to give my opinion on my recent purchase through Amazon so here i write.
I would recommend this product !! it does a great job of cleaning the teeth, i've used electric toothbrushes for several years and nothing comes close to this one, the Triumph 9900 with Smart Guide, like it says it leaves your teeth feeling like you just left the dentist office.
Its alittle pricy, but i search for the best bargin and i found it at Amazon.
