This soft head is the only one I can use for my tender gums. Other ones cause discomfort and may wear away my gums. I need soft brushes because unknown to me I wore away gum tissue by over-brushing.Product Review: Great for sensitive gums

These replacement brush heads work well. I love the Oral-B toothbrush they fit. I will never go back to a regular brush. When I've had to use on because I ran out of replacement heads, I didn't feel like I'd really brushed my teeth. The electric toothbrush gets your mouth clean.
