Instock Novelties is deceiving you if you think you are going to receive 12 brush heads. They only sent me 1 package of 3 brush heads, and they were not the extra soft brushes. I will never do any business with this seller again. Liars and thieves.

Oral-B Sensitive replacement electric toothbrush head provides a gentle brushing experience ideal for sensitive teeth and gums.The three replacement brush heads in this pack fit all Braun Oral-B electric toothbrushes. They have soft, rounded bristles in the center to protect the teeth from too-firm brushing. Long interdental tips on the edges clean deep between teeth and below the gum line and fade after prolonged use, indicating when a brush head needs replacing.
