this is an excellent toothbrush. I loved the fact that it comes with dual set and one charger. One for me one for my wife. We share quite nicely between charging. Contrary to the first review, you can change the speed by holding down the power button. highly adjustable, and nice quality toothbrush. Best electric toothbrush we have ever used. Definitely better than Sonic Care we have used in the past. Does a terific job on massaging your gums. Only negative is that it does not have automatic shutoff after the minute cycle.Product Review: not as advertised

I ordered the Oral B toothbrush 8850 DLX and only received one power handle. I was very disappointed. I looked up the product number several times to be sure of what I ordered, and as far as I can see it is the same.
My daughter already opened it, so they probably won't take it back.
I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. My Daughter loves the product, it's just not as advertised.

i was pretty disappointed in this purchase. for some reason, both brushes lose power and stutter several times during a brushing, which i find irritating. there was no info included from smilemedic, the seller, on how to return if dissatisfied.
i also purchased, only a week later, a different model from a different seller. this one did contain an easy return paper, but it is entirely satisfactory so no need to return it. actually, i'd buy two more of this other model if i weren't stuck with the dual power handle device that i'm unhappy with.
