I didn't realize that this was a much narrower head than the one that comes with the brush. It cleans well between teeth, but wears out quickly. I didn't like it.Product Review: what's the word for not durable?

This device works great for about 10-20 uses. The bristles break down quickly. Its better to use an old full size brushhead and cut the out ring of bristles. This works much better.
