We have used for many years and like the battery powered oral-b because it doesn't clutter up our bathroom countertop like the rechargeable. When our first ones had failed (after years of faithful and heavy use) we had purchased new at local store. None to be found this time, except on-line and glad we don't have to resort to rechargeable.Product Review: Great toothbrush

I've had one for the last four years, and it works great. Over the years everybody in the family got this model or the rechargeable one, and we all love it. Yes, the heads are expensive and hard to find, but I got a whole bunch and am hoarding them :).
I much prefer the battery powered ones to the electric. The batteries last quite long--3-4 months for me. And it can be put away in a drawer, instead of adding to the clutter on the counter. And I'm not paying a premium up-front for a rechargeable battery that itself needs to be replaced in 2 years!
Product Review: My Teeth Love This Toothbrush!

I've bought several of these.
It cleans my teeth well, it's small and inexpensive and doesn't have a cord so it travels easily. It also has a timer so I know when I've brushed enough. Otherwise I know that I'd cheat.
I keep one and extra heads for toothbrushless house guests. they like it too and want to take it home or know where they can buy one.
I've have to replace it only once when water seeped into the connection to the battery. They tell you to dry the brush after using so I think that this is my fault.
