The first time I brushed my teeth with it I was a little surprised at how strong it was. If you've ever eaten Altoids, it's almost like brushing your teeth with an Altoids. It "burned" a little and was almost overpowering the first time, but it's not like that anymore and I now enjoy it. It still surprises me how clean and smooth my teeth feel after brushing with it. They feel cleaner than when I use toothpaste! Also like mixing with water to use as a mouthwash. Definitely leaves your mouth minty fresh!
