Customer Review: A cost efficient weight gainer that works!

This is the first and only weight gainer I've tried since I decided to add a few pounds and start lifting weights. To keep it short and to the point, this stuff works great if you stick with it. CONSISTENCY IS KEY. If you want to put on pounds, you must create a calorie surplus, and this shake helps you fill the gaps in your diet. It's not a complicated concept, but it takes dedication to achieve your goals. This is not some miracle product--if you have no motivation, no shake will help you.
The shake tastes pretty good and is not too sweet. It's not as good as regular chocolate milk, but it's close. Consistency is thick and a bit sticky (with milk). I take 1 scoop, twice a day. I don't see how it's possible to drink 2 scoops at a time given how large the scoops are (1 cup), but then again, I'm not a heavy eater to begin with. I drink it with WHOLE/Vitamin D MILK (important) and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Unless you're allergic to milk/peanuts, there's no sense in using water if you want to add mass. You can also add some olive oil for extra calories as it gets diluted. 2 scoops with whole milk and peanut butter will add 1600+ calories to your diet. If you eat your 3 main meals and snacks on top of that, getting to 3000+ calories is fairly easy.
As far as results...I went from 6'0 155 to 6'0 165 in 6 weeks in conjunction with eating more in general and lifting weights. In a month, I'll be over 170. The key to being successful in gaining weight (and losing weight, for that matter) is consistency. Hit your calorie target every day, no exceptions (I personally aim for 3500+ calories per day, use MyFitnessPal to track them). Us skinny guys tend to think we're eating more than we actually are, and thus we stay skinny and get frustrated. Keep track of your intake, eat (a lot of) healthy foods, and add this shake to your diet and you'll be putting on lbs in no time.
One final note: You may experience some bloating in the first month or so of drinking these. I got to the point where I wanted to vomit at times. Push through it and your stomach will adjust.
