Absolutely love this product... Here's why...
1. Its made up of natural oats and whey (No artificial products used)... Read the ingredients list and you wont find any artificial complex or mixture in it... There are hundreds of products on shelves, but most of them have some dubious mixtures in them... Since this is made fully from natural components, you don't have to worry about any unprecedented side effects...
2. A good source of carbs (from oats) and protein (from whey)... Have a drink before your workout session...
3. Buy a good blender bottle from Vitamin shoppe... (the one which comes with a metallic coil/wire to evenly mix the powder with water or milk... so you don't see lumps of the powder)...
4. Create your custom shake - milk, protein powder, chocolate chip ice cream, some pieces of bananas, for a refreshing healthy pre-workout drink

Optimum Nutrition hit one outa the park with their product Natural Oats and Whey! It tastes pretty good when mixed with water but, its awesome when mixed with milk and comes out tasting soo smooth. Jus a lil grainy every now and then but nothing a quick shake in a shaker cup cant fix. Vanilla Bean Oats and Whey tastes just like Vanilla Bean ice cream when mixed with milk! I haven't bought protein mixes in a while. Back then, most tasted tolerable at best. I LOVE this stuff. It taste great in both flavors, low in calories, 100% natural and is filling. I've only mixed with milk. It mixes well in a blender, but with a spoon it's a little clumpy, but so isn't nestlies cholocate. I've mixed Banana's and Blueberries with the vanilla and a few ice cubes and they were awesome, like shakes. I am trying Pears next, then some veggie/fruit mixes.
I got mine through All Star Health here on Amazon and they delivered fast at a reasonable price.

Aside from tasting great and providing for a nice, hearty shake, the deal-sealer for me is the fact that ON's Oats & Whey product doesn't have the nasty aftertaste and negative health benefits that come with all the other products sweetened with Sucralose, Aspartame, or Stevia. Powdered honey and powdered cane? I can do that! The oats also provide great complex carbs that give me the energy I need.Product Review: good taste
