This is my second time using ON Creatine. As far as the quality of the product, no doubt they guys rock. Mixes well with your shakes and juice, not water but what really does? I wanted to give it a second try as far as the results go, I'm a believer in giving things a minute to take affect before judging it. I don't what to think about any creatine product to be honest, I really don't know if I get that much from it. I could be one that creatine doesn't work that well for, being a guy that has 20 years experience and tried it more than a few times. This time around I do seem bloated and have the farts a lot, changed my protein and other stuff so I can't quite determine the cause. I won't go on and on to much, but I will say this and then I will be done. The type of products that I put in my body are only those my body produces on its own. ON has great products so don't be afraid of that or blame ON if it doesn't work. It just may be your body doesn't respond to it, and maybe you could change it up a bit. I know I catch myself getting stuck sometimes! Happy lifting! Check out my FB page called "the Gym Snob" if you want a good laugh, it's new so give it time and offer some ideas!
