Product Review: Deceptive Packaging

The label is sort of deceptive because it says "2500 Caps" and "2500 mg". In fact, this is per dose (two capsules), not per capsule. That means you have to take about 16 pills per day during the loading phase and 4 during maintenance. The pills are about the size of those big multivitamins. When my bottle arrived one of the pills had broken so it was full of white powder.
I haven't used creatine before so I have nothing to compare it to, but this stuff seems to work.

Been using this for about a month and dont see any improvements. 4 pills are only 5grams of creatine. Been taking 8 a day and only 4 on non workout days. Not a good investment in my opinionProduct Review: awesome

I have been taking creatine for years with my doctor`s approval and I find these capsules as good a bargin as there is out there and the quality is always something you can trust. I will be 70 in April and creatine still gives me incredible strength for my work outs especially bench pressing and I would recommend this quality of product to anyone who enjoys weight lifting.
