Product Review: I think it works

I know that it is working for me.
This is a type of product that gives a result after certain amount of time. Currently I am loosing fat and gaining muscles hence switched on low carb high protein diet. I have been using it for one month already. I sip one-scoop-shake during workout (weight lifting or boxing routine) then consume another one-scoop-shake 30-40 minutes after workout. Sum up is 2 scoops a day. With proper resistance training an anaerobic exercises I have not bad results. Dropped 7 pounds. This includes gaining some muscles. My hands became bigger and results of weightlifting are increasing every week. Now I decided to be a constant customer so I subscribed on this product (6$ discount every month).
I am planning to increase daily dosage to 3-4 scoops after I loose enough fat. And I WILL DO IT!

The vanilla flavor aint that great but hey, its protein powder in reality it should NOT taste great as the old saying "if it tastes good, spit it out" however if you're gunna buy this product make sure u have a strong stomach. it doesnt taste that good and its unpleasant. But if u need the protein i would suggest buying this with it being flavored as chocolate.
overall i would say that its alright.
I would recommend this to a friend.

I actually consider protein powders to be a "food" rather than a "supplement". If you don't remember anything else at all, please remember this Despite what the advertisements promise, protein supplements do not have any magical muscle-building properties! All these powders do is provide your muscles with protein to rebuild and they are in no way superior to a well balanced meal! I personally have never seen any research which has shown that any of these powders rebuild muscles any better than natural sources like chicken, fish, or beans/rice. These products do serve a convenient meal replacement when you don't have time to eat a full meal. From my experience it is very important to consume small doses of protein every 2-3 hours throughout the day for maximum muscle building and since very few people can eat a small, well balanced meal every 2-3 hours protein powders can be very useful.
Costco, Walmart, and all the big box stores carry very economical protein powder, about $26 for 6lbs. Problem is that they are all loaded with artificial flavors and sweeteners. They often have strong artificial smells and odd aftertastes.
This is my personal favorite is from Optimum Nutrition and I have been using it for about 7 years now. Nothing artificial period, I like that!. it is definitely not the cheapest protein but I think its worth it to have all natural ingredients. Optimum nutrition makes several other protein powders that have artificial stuff in them, make sure "100% natural" is in the name and you are safe. Look at the list of ingredients and compare it to that shown on the left, make sure there is nothing artifical sounding.

This product (along with every soy and whey product I've looked at) contains "natural flavors". Typically this indicates an excitotoxin (i.e. one of the many types of MSG), which damages our brains. If it was really a natural flavor, they would list specifically what it is, i.e. vanilla flavoring, natural strawberry flavor, chocolate flavor, etc. Just "natural flavor" which is also in every liquid vit./min. complex I've seen, means an excitotoxin is being used. Disgusting for these companies to fool the public this way.Product Review: No nasty artificial sweetener or flavoring ALL NATURAL!

I have tried dozens of different protein products and this one wins hands down! All natural no artificial anything you can't get better then that! I use it for breakfast after a good workout. I mix it with cold water and a frozen banana, walnuts, cinnamon and psyllium using a hand blender. It tastes great and NO AFTER TASTE from rat poison artificial sweeteners and flavorings that burp up on you all day! If you care about what you put in your body then choose this all natural product, it is by far the best out there and it packs a big protein punch with just one scoop! Also a great value for the price 5 lbs. makes 71 servings of 24 grams of protein. I often only use 1/2 of a scoop so I get 142 servings of 12 grams of protein! Comes in a nice big black plastic screw top container which keeps it fresh, no messy zip top bag that tosses powder all over the counter when you open it! Try it, I can't imagine anyone would not like this product better then all the others.
