Product Review: If you're not a big meat-eater

I have a craving for chocolate more often than for a slab of meat, and that's where this protein powder comes in. Not only is it great for milk shakes, but also puddings and a ton of other things creativity may lead to to make. Anyway, for those who don't eat a lot of meat or protein from other sources, this is a great-tasting and more natural alternative.
(Obviously I also recommend the chocolate flavor.)

I was very close to purchasing the dark chocolate flavor until I read that it contained an artificial sweetener. Then I noticed this one that had all natural ingredients. When I first tried it I didn't think it had much flavor, but now I love it. I think my first mistake was that I mixed it with plain water. Now I mix 2 scoops with 8 ounces of water and just 4 ounces of milk (sometimes I'll add crushed ice to the mix). Doing it this way is great and I actually look forward to having my protein shake after workouts. I used to purchase Muscle Milk but I think you get a lot more for your money when you buy this stuff instead. Highly recommended!Product Review: Just the best...

This is the only protein powder (along with the chocolate flavor) that I actually like -- the taste, the quality of the ingredients, and, of course, that it seems to help on muscle mass. I've mixed the powder with just about every fruit, every juice, kefir, soy milk, etc. and it's all good. I'm a moderate exerciser but I drink it also as a quick, light protein source on mornings when I'm running out the door to work in the morning. I'd be lost without it.Product Review: Love It!! I bought this Protein a little nervous because I am used to drinking the Gold Standard Reg. Vanilla Ice Cream so I wasn't too sure on this one. But being cheaper I Decided to give it a shot and I am Glad I Did.
