This a great protein supplement for busy people. I use this to mix with frozen fruit and water to make a great breakfast drink. I may put a spoonful on cereal and milk.
It is meant to supplement your meals rather than be a meal substitute. It cuts hunger.

100% natural whey is a great product. To start off it is natural, with no artificial sweeteners. I purchased the chocolate because vanilla shakes are never that great. The powder mixes pretty good is milk. I use a little hand held blender and there are no clumps. The chocolate flavor is not bad. If you have drank any protein shakes in the past you would know that you can not say that they are exactly the same as a real chocolate shake but nonetheless these shakes are very good tasting. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking for a great workout recover protein shake.Product Review: ALL NATURAL !!!

This is one of the only protein powders I could find that DOES NOT have ANY artificial sweetener in the ingredients. It seams ironical to me the I take protein powder because I am trying to build a healthier body and almost all protein supplements contain some form of artificial sweetener !Product Review: Actually tastes ok!
