I thought I'll try it for 2-4 weeks and give it a chance and I found it really does work I couldn't believe it, what a change it was most effective with my memory you know how you go into a room and you think OK so what was my reason to come in here and then you walk back out and think Aaa daaaa I remember now well after about 3 weeks into it started to give the old brain the JUMP start of remembering, and it also helps with that afternoon fatigue, again I need that jump start. I stop taking it for 3 days and I started to feel the effects of NOT taking it, I always had problems with my thyroid and getting older wasn't helping but now using Iodoral it has made a differences and I will be ordering it again.
