I left this on over night and I definitely noticed a BIG difference in color. My teeth are definitely whiter after using this only one time. This stuff does work. But be careful with it. My teeth were pretty sensitive for 2 days. The 1st day after, it was fairly painful. And I noticed that my gums were irritated in a few places. The day after that, the sensitivity was still there, but to a lesser degree.
Definitely not for daily use. More for a deep whitening. I wouldn't recommend over night use. I'd say an hour or two at a time would suffice.
Overall, I am happy with the job that this stuff does.
You need trays for this item. Something that you can get from your dentist.
