A friend gave me this one because she didn't use it. I have Accu-chek softclix and this one. I have a bunch of lancets for this one, so I wanted one. However, you need to be careful which lancets you use because if they are longer ones, then despite the adjustment, they hurt. the shorter ones are okay, but still not as easy as the softclix. I'll stay with Accu-check softclix.
