This thing is awesome; it's way more intense than any sort of 'massager' from Bed Bath and Beyond. This will get down DEEP to the bones and shake loose even the most hard knots. My wife always got treatments with a Jeanie-Rub brand (anywhere from $170-200) at her Chiropractor, so I bought one for home and she loves it. I'm not a doctor, and I don't recommend buying this to replace one, but for some penetrating massage that outdoes products at 2x and 3x the price (or ANYTHING by Homedics), this is the best deal I could find after searching online for weeks!
This has the same 1 year warranty as all the other brands, and I don't expect it to last more than a year or two. Either way, if it saves me 1 trip to the chiropractor, it's worth it...and I doubt the Jeanie Rub, Maxi-Rub or any other branded 'professional' massager would last longer than 2-3 years anyway.
Definitely a MUST buy if you're looking for a massager.
