One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamins are really good in my opinion. I was taking regular vitamins, and since I've been taking them I have much more energy. Many times you get an aftertaste from taking vitamins. I haven't had that with these. I wish they were a little smaller but for the way I felt, with the extra energy, it was worth it. This is a good size for a multivitamin. It's not a horse pill. It also doesn't have a nasty smell like some vitamins. It has all the RDAs that I need. I'd buy it if the price were right.
