I'm 54 yrs old and experiencing menopause symptoms of mostly hot flashes. No night sweats, at least not yet. But the hot flashes were coming pretty steadily throughout the day. I tried Estroven with very limited success. I then tried this. I have to tell you, it works beautifully. When I stopped taking it for a couple of days, the hot flashes returned with a vengence. Bottom line, I won't be doing that again. Great product that really works.
