The stethoscope is of poor quality. The heart rythums are faint when using this scope even after adjustment to fit ears, changing bells, ear pieces and swivelling the head. Different users of this scope had the same results. Omron Sprague Rappaport Stethoscope in Black.This Omron product is not recommended.
