We ordered 30 of these for a health and wellness program at the hospital where I work. Every one of them worked fine...no duds. It helped to enthuse a lot of people to participte and they all report loving it. If worn outside clothing, some people have lost it. But if clipped to the waistband and the shirt worn over the top so it is not out in the open where it can snag on things, then there have been no problems. I've even dropped mine a few times over the months and bounced it off a tile or concrete floor and it continues to work fine...so it is well-built. Bought this pedometer for our 6 week Italy adventure and I love it. It was fun to track the miles we walked each day as we explored the sights. So easy to use, just clip it to your waistband. I'll continue using it when we get home as it will encourage me to keep walking and racking up those steps!
