I checked the rating on various pedometers before I purchased. This one had a very good rating. Problems I have had with it are:
1. Very uncomfortable attached to waistband because it is so tall. It is fine to put in my pocket, but I don't always have pockets. It will come out of the holder when attached to waistband.
2. It will reset itself just by being bumped??? Also, the 2 readings for steps are misleading - did I walk a total of the 2 step readings? - is the step reading on the #2 register also included in the step register #1?
3. Being in my pocket, I am not sure how accurate the reading is. I need to test it.

I have purchased 3 of the pedometer at different times.
(2 for me and one as a gift for my daughter.)
It is a fantastic tool. It is easy to use, accurate.
The only negative is that it is not waterproof.
The first one I used survived a short dip in a pool but the following day I accidently submerged it in the Caribbean Sea for more than 5 minutes. It did not survive the saltwater swim.
I immediately purchased my second one and so far I have avoided submerging it.
I highly this product!

I've used a lot of pedometers and most of them have had either limited lifespans, inaccuracies or both. I have counted hundreds of steps on this pedometer and it's always accurate within 1-2 steps. I love the fact that it has a clip to attach to my belt so it doesn't fall and get lost. Bought one for my husband and we both have walked more knowing steps are counted!! My goal is 10,000 steps/day and this has helped up my average tremendously.
Only complaint would be I'd like it a bit smaller so it didn't bulge on my belt, but that's a minor complaint. In short, I LOVE IT!!
