I've been using the Omron HEM-790IT Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor for a little more than one month and have been very impressed with its ease of use. I particularly appreciate the large numerals on the monitor display.
The real power of the HEM-790IT comes from its ability to record blood pressure measurements for later transfer to a home computer. The supporting software is intuitive and downloading of data from the blood pressure monitor works smoothly. Several different data graph styles help make sense of blood pressure readings collected over time.
I also use the Omron HJ-720IT pedometer which records walking steps that can be downloaded for review by the same software package as the Blood Pressure Monitor.
The two devices compliment each other to provide a convenient way to track the benefits of a walking exercise program.

The monitor works extremely well both on battery power and with the AC adapter. Its is relatively portable, easy to use and has a very good display. The software that allows you to download and track your BP over time is very easy to use. It produces graphs and a report. It would be nice to be able to modify the time periods for the graphs to a custom time period but other than that, the product is very good.Product Review: Blood Pressure Monitor

The HEM-790IT is an excellent monitor;fully automatic and easy to use. The ability to download data to my PC is a major plus for record keeping and analysis of readings. The TrueRead mode (averaging 3 consecutive readings) is a great way to get accurate and meaningful results. We use it every day.Product Review: DME meets USB

This product works very well. Good construction and easy to use. The best feature is the download facility to a PC. Comes with a good charting software with a built-in export software if you need to manipulate the data in Excel or email it to your physician. It can track 2 people at a time (A and B), but the charting software can keep track of more.
Wish more diagnostic tools had computer interfaces. They could have added an oxygenation % monitor and I'm waiting for their scale to add an USB interface as well...
No negatives so far - reasonably priced, recommended!
