The Omron HEM -712CLC Automatic BP Monitor is fast and easy to use. It has a generous XL cuff that can be easily adjusted with one hand. It appears to have accurate readings compared to the standard sphygmomanometer in the doctor's office. I like the fact that it is portable and has a charger. It also has a memory that is easy to use. As a Registered Nurse, I would definitely recommend this product to any consumer who is looking for a quality product for a reasonable price. The price is comparable to the Costo products I have seen.Product Review: I Don't think it gets better.

I have never needed a blood pressure monitor before, however I have used them for my grand mother. Then after my auto accident I needed to monitor my BP. This is the easiest system to use, just place the cuff on and press start. It is nice that it keeps a 30 use history. It keeps all the info, your BP, pulse, date, time. Also it senses wether or not your pulse is regular or if you have a murmur. This is great.Product Review: IT'S OKAY

THE BLOOD PRESSURE MONITOR IS BETTER THAN NOT HAVING ONE. I WAS HAVING QUITE A BIT OF TROUBLE WITH MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND WAS ADVISED TO BUY ONE. I FIND THAT I REALLY HAVE TO TAKE IT WITH ME TO THE DR. EVERY TIME I GO TO MAKE SURE IT IS ACCURATE. IT TENDS TO ADD 10 POINTS TO THE DISTOLIC.Product Review: Inaccurate as the 711

I bought this because my arm is right on the edge of the size they say for the small cuff, being 13". I have the 711, and it is very inaccurate, as much as a 40/20 change WITHOUT MOVING THE CUFF, so I though perhaps the larger cuff on the 712 would work better. Nope, it is just as inaccurate, so I have no idea of how one is supposed to get reliable readings of bp short of going to the doctors. I am not buying another Omron, no matter what.
