Apparently, my blood pressure reads high when I am at the doctor's office, enough to make him a little concerned. I really would like to avoid meds so I agreed to test my pressure daily and chose this unit. It is easy to use and works well. It is interesting to see how BP changes during the course of the day depending upon activity.
