I had the nurse check my Omron HEM-637 at my last Dr. visit and she said it was right on target with their equiptment. I believe that the position sensor is a positive feature although it did take a little getting use to to get the unit in proper position level. It's got a nice case to keep it in. My doctor asked me to purchase this particular monitor about 6 weeks ago because he was worried that I might be developing high blood pressure. I started checking my BP twice a day and found the cuff very easy to use. My BP did seem to fluctuate a lot so after a few weeks I decided to clean up my act and cut out a lot junk food (expecially sugar). Within a week I was amazed to see my BP had returned to a normal range. I am definitely obese, so this is a great discovery for me and has really led to a major change in my outlook. This might have just been the best purchase I have made in a long time.Product Review: Very handy

I like it. Easy to use and has graphing capabilities. It would be nice if it came with an interface cable and software to download the measurements in the memory.
Also, I'd love to have a BPM device that can be used as a heart rate monitor. This one is small, on the wrist - just needs a little knob and some change in the soft/hard ware to make it extremely useful in aerobic exercise monitoring. But this is invading someones territory, isn't it?
