This monitor is fantastic. It does a great job measuring blood pressure, is quite and pretty rugged. It does take a bit to get used to to arm position but once you get it the unit works great. It does show a about 2-3% higher BP measure than my regular arm cuff or my more standard electronic unit. It is consistent though.Product Review: Great monitor
