Product Reviews of Omron HEM-637 Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor with Advanced Positioning SensorProduct Review: Easy to use, consistent readings, but inaccurate Summary: 3 Stars
This wrist BP monitor is easy to use, with clear digital readouts. Gives consistent readings but when compared with BP taken with a cuff and stethoscope at the Dr.'s office, the numbers were about 20 points high (both systolic and diastolic. Knowing that, I think is fine for monitoring change over time but if you need to actually know what your BP is, then this model isn't for you. Too bad there is no way to calibrate the monitor.
Product Review: Easy to use... Summary: 4 Stars
This is the first blood pressure monitor I have had...I was a bit leary that I would have a hard time with it...It works great - the Advanced Positioning Sensor takes the guess work out of the location of your arm when taking your pressure.
The only thing I have a difficult time with is the history graph - but that could just be a learning curve for me.
Product Review: Easy, Reliable, And Works Great! Summary: 5 Stars
This is so much better than the old arm cuff monitor I had. It works great for me! Can't beat the price either. This exact model is $99.95 at Walgreens! No complaints here!
Product Review: Either the one I bought is defective or it can't take a B/P? Summary: 1 Stars
My husband & I followed directions, tried different batteries but the blood pressure (B/P) reading is way off. With this machine my husband & I both have unbelievable, inaccurate & consistently low readings (averaging 70/48). He & I both haven't had B/P's lower than 120/80 for yrs. I'm returning it back to the store.
Product Review: Excellent Product! Summary: 5 Stars
This is my second purchase for my cousin, after he saw me using it at my home.I really like this product and like the interface and accuracy.
Wish the price was lower than 65$..Other than that, its excellent!
