I have low blood pressure, not high, so the first five or so times I used it I was dismayed to see that it read ridiculously high. But as I used it over those 5 to 10 times, I figured out exactly how much to tighten the cuff on my arm before inflating (tighten too much before, it will read high, tighten too little and it will either read high or give you an error). Once I figured this out, I have had only 1 high reading, and I've been using it for about 3 weeks. Also, make sure you sit for a couple of minutes before taking the reading, etc. - there are instructions in the manual regarding how to sit, etc.Product Review: Great product as advertised
