Product Reviews of Omron HEM-432C Manual Inflation Blood Pressure MonitorProduct Review: Omron HEM-432C blood pressure cuff Summary: 5 StarsI'm pleased with this BP monitor. I'm an RN and have
used all kinds. This one seems to be very accurate.
I'm glad I bought it and would recommend it. EL
Product Review: Omron HEM-432C Works great Summary: 4 StarsThis product is super easy to use and understand. I like that it's light and the numbers are large. My blood pressure tends to run low and my doctor told me to drink more fluids as I get dizzy all the time. I opted to use the manual pump like the doctor's use. I like it and saved a few dollars. I've had no trouble with this unit and have already recommended it to a friend.
Product Review: Great Monitor!!! Summary: 5 StarsI would highly recommend this blood pressure unit over any wrist monitor. It is extremely accurate, very easy to use, and light as a feather. I wished I would have purchased this a long time ago. This precise monitor is very affordable as well. Omron sells only quality products, that is why I purchased the Omron.
Product Review: Two of these units that I have tried give completely unreliable results - buy at your risk! Summary: 1 StarsI have just left the negative feedback below on the Omron site after repeated failures to get any readings at all (Error code displays) alternating with readings that are completely wrong (obviously way too high): The first unit is two years old but has hardly been used, and the second unit I just got yesterday and (non)works identically:
"I have tried 2 HEM-432CN2 units and neither one works as advertised, and both exhibit the same symptoms - an E code which I am told by your customer service is a cuff error. I have confirmed that the cuff is the correct one for my arm size. My doctor's nurse is unable to get it to work, and I have called your customer service number and worked with them on the line to make sure I am putting the cuff on and pumping correctly and rapidly enough, and still it does not work reliably. Even when I do get it to display a reasonable looking number, it is some 20-25 points higher than my doctor gets with his machine, which is the difference between completely satisfactory at 130 Systolic and completely unsatisfactory at more than 150 with the Omron. I am forced to conclude that it is a bad design and should be removed from the market, and plan to leave more feedback to that effect on the Amazon customer reviews for the unit (I see there that there are a lot of people having similar issues)."Omron HEM-432C Manual Inflation Blood Pressure MonitorManual Inflation Blood Pressure Monitor, by Omron, Model: HEM-432C - 1 eaOmron HEM 432C Digital Blood Pressure MonitorOmron HEM 432C Digital Blood Pressure Monitor-Manual InflationOmron HEM-432C Manual Inflation Blood Pressure MonitorOmron Manual Blood Pressure Monitor HEM-432CManual Blood Pressure MonitorManual Inflation Blood Pressure Monitor
Product Review: Uses AAA Batteries Summary: 5 StarsAlthough all the information (even Omron's own web site) says this model uses AA batteries, it does in fact use AAA batteries. I still give it 5 stars for its ease of use and accuracy. Some years ago I got an automatic self-inflating model (different brand) and constantly got errors. I took this model to my doctor and compared it to his equipment. It is very accurate. I'm very happy with this purchase. The standard cuff should be good for the majority of people.
