I finally got this product a week ago, and it has pros and cons. The weight measure seems to be extremely accurate. However, the body fat % and muscle %, not so much. 7 of my friends have used it, and it is generally correct for each person, in that the healthy people had lower fat % and the unhealthy people had higher %'s. However, I have measured myself 3 times in the past week and have had fluctations that do not make much sense. As soon as the product arrived, I cut out junk food and started cooking healthy food at home (chicken and veggies mostly.) This is the only change in my routine I made, leaving excercise level the same, sleep the same, etc. However, since I made the diet change my body fat has gone up in one week from 22% to 26% and my muscle has gone down from 38% to 36%. My body age has also increased from 44 to 46, and my visceral fat has gone from level 5 to level 6, all in the span of one week, with the only change being eating a healthier diet in the past week. My weight and BMI stayed the same which makes sense, but the change in the other figures I can't explain and I don't believe the scale is consistent in those areas.
