The Omron body fat loss monitor is a useful addition to other tools for a program of exercise and weight loss. It is relatively simple to use (but don't lose the instruction booklet!) and provides clear and helpful information about the percentage of body fat and the meaning of that percentage in the context of age and gender norms for body fat. With this device and others, one can track the progress (or regression) of a weight-loss program.Product Review: good item - satisfied

Be aware that this product uses Bioelectrical Impedance Method which in itself has few limitations and is not the most accurate method.
I am happy with this item.
- the reading are fairly consistent
- very easy to setup/modify profiles and regular use
- has athletic mode setting
- shows BMI as well
- aesthetically nice
would recommend.
