Well, when the scale stopped moving, I purchased this. I figured maybe there is more to getting in shape than just what the scale is telling me. I love it. It tells me the bitter truth no matter how much I don't want to hear it. Highly Recommended.
PS This is the exact one they use at my gym. I figured if it is good enough for them it is good ennough for me. You won't be disappointed.

I love this product. For years I've used the Tanita Body Fat Scale and was shocked that my body fat percentage was 43%, but with the Omron my body fat percentage is 35 percent. I still need to lose more body fat, but knowing that it isn't as high as I thought makes it more bearable.Product Review: Good... I think

This Body Fat Analyzer is overall a great tool. Great features and usability. And you can't beat the price. The only problem I've found is that it seems to fluctuate from day to day. It's possible my body fat changes from day to day I suppose, but it just makes me wonder how accurate it really is...
