Blood Pressure machine works great, it is accurate I took it to my Dr's appointment to compair it to there reading and they were just about the same my Dr. was immpressed.It is compact so it does not take up a lot of space so it is easy to travel with. I bought one of these for my wife and a second one for my mother, both of whom have high blood pressure. Both were purchased from Amazon. These devices were accurate for about three months (relative to professional ones in doctors' offices), but then both began to give systolic readings that appeared high. On a recent visit to the doctor, the internist confirmed this for my wife's Omron, concluding that its systolic measurement was 15-20 mmHG high relative to her office device. My mother had a similar experience with hers, which now consistently reads 15-30 mmHG high. Both units give somewhat more accurate diastolic readings.Product Review: When consistancy counts

I bought this for its reputed accuracy and consistancy, and because it comes a small and medium arm band. It seems to be accurate, as it matches my doctor's reading, in general. I have not tested them side by side, which I eventually will.
However, it is very consistant. If I take three readings (with an appropriate pause between) they are impressively close. That is important to me as I can add or subtract a know difference from my doctor's readings as long as I know my machine is consistantly a bit high or low. I absolutely trust it if it tells me a reading is higher or lower than a previous one.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to trust their health to a BP Monitor.
