This neck pillow was great on the international flights that I bought it for. Firm but comfortable with good neck support. It keeps you nice and warm too since the foam insulates.Product Review: Great for travel or even home use!

Here is what those of us need who get kinks in our neck from falling asleep sitting up. Naturally while traveling and sitting up it's great, but also those of us that it happens to when reading or watching TV, this is great!
What's good about it is the memory foam part! Molds around you. AND it has a metal clip so that you don't get that choking sensation when you pull it up/down of your head like others make you do.
It does have a clean "hospital" like smell when you first get it, but leave it out of the bag for 24 hours and it helps.
Plus it has a zipper so you can take off the outer lining to wash then put it back on and zip it up!

after reading reviews on amazon i purchased this pillow and it performed just as many reviewers said it would. bottom line it allows you to sleep because it keeps your head from "falling" and you waking up. although i never got real deep sleep, i got way more than on any previous flight. great.Product Review: Very comfortable
