I bought it to be qualified for free shipping. Also, it could be used sometime, maybe. The free shipping part was right. But this is total trash. The valve won't close after inflated. I bought this for long flights. Really good shape to support your neck but leaked air on me after a couple uses. The finish on this is comfortable, and I liked the clasp on the front that holds two two sides together. This is probably the closest thing I could find to a neck brace, but when I try to sleep on an overnight flight in anything other than a lay flat bed in first class, thats exactly what I am looking for.Product Review: Obus Forme Inflatable Travel Pillow

I bought 2 (not from Amazon). One of them was missing one half of the snaps that hold it together around my neck. The one that had the snaps, would not stay snapped. I'm 6'3" and 230, so maybe it works for smaller people.
The design seems like it should work well. I played with it a bit holding it together. But it doesn't have enough adjustment for larger people.
The snaps are totally inadequate. Terrible design. A simple Velcro strap on both sides would work perfectly and give more adjustment control. I may try sewing some Velcro to the little flaps. Without that, the things are useless for me.
Too bad. Good idea.
I would have rated this a zero, but 1 star is the lowest rating. What's up with that?
