I used this pillow on a recent trip to New Zealand and back. This was a total of 36 hours of flying. It was a godsend! I found the most comfortable way for me to use was with the snap in the front. The Obus Forme Travel Pillow SUCKS!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I tried it right after receiving it in the mail, followed instructions, and in less than 20 minutes, the pillow started deflating. I tried it again, made sure the air valve was closed properly, the air leaked out AGAIN! I am refunding this useless junk immediately.Product Review: Not a permanent solution

Mine worked wonderfully for the 24+ hour trip I took to get to China, which involved two bus rides, three plane rides, then another bus ride. And I used it a couple of times while in the country, like when I took an overnight train from Beijing to Shanghai.
But by the time I was getting ready to go home, the pillow was no longer holding its air- it has a slow leak that, within 15 minutes, would make the pillow go from firm to unacceptably squishy and unsupportive. I threw it out before my flight home and bought another pillow in the airport.
Do I regret the purchase? Not at all, since I got a lot of comfortable use out of it. Just be warned that you shouldn't expect this to last long if you use it heavily.

I bought two of these for my friend and I to use on our trip overseas (since it was a long flight). Both of us used the pillow - and we both liked it. I used it like a regular pillow (rather than around my neck) because it became too warm for me. She used it and said it did keep her head upright so she didn't flop over and get a sore neck. I will take it with me any time I fly. Product Review: A complete waste of money

I purchased two of these at one go. However I was not able to use either of them EVEN ONCE, because BOTH the pillows sprang leaks the VERY FIRST time I filled them with air. Don't waste your money like I did.
