The seams on the pillow are sharp and uncomfortable. The extra pouches that supposedly provide additional support don't measure up. THe snaps that should hold the ends together don't work. Basically, it would be OK if it came with a soft cover.Product Review: As good as a blow up pillow can be!

I didn't expect this pillow to feel like my home pillow...so given these expectations I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It supported my neck and head really well and was exactly what I needed for a long flight. It is perfect for travel and I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to sleep on flights. Bought this for my husband who has a 2 hour (one way) commute by bus to work. He loves it. Now he can nap without waking up with a cramp in his neck. It is very portable, with a small carrying case and is easy to blow-up. A bargain for the price.
