Product Review: Very uncomfortable seat pad

This looked like a decent product for car seat pad for someone with a bad back. The issue is the hard plastic inserts that jab into your thighs. I could not get those to turn outward at all to reduce the new pain.Product Review: best purchase of medical school

I'm a medical student, so I sit on a hard chair for hours every day in lecture. This seat cushion is quite literally saving my ass, preventing the coccyx, hip, and lower back pain that was plaguing me by the end of first year. It's form does a good job of distributing the pressure. I also like that you can zip off the front 1/3 for shallow chairs.
One warning: do not buy this cushion if you are much bigger than a US women's size 10-12. There is a plastic form inside, and it will probably jab you where it curves up on the sides.
