The Obus Forme Ergonomic Low Backrest didn't provide much support in my lower back. The small pad for the lower back couldn't be placed comfortably to provide lower back support without irriting other areas of my back. It's size is very cumbersome. It takes up too much space on any chair it's placed. At its cost, I expected more.Product Review: Obus works in 2009 Cadillac

The Cadillac CTS seat encourages bad posture. The Obus corrects that and for trips of an hour or less is fine. But for trips of greater than an hour I prefer a bigger lumbar role to push out my low back. So I either supplement the Obus with a bigger roll or remove the Obus and replace it with a dedicated lumbar roll that I bought at PEP Boys. Keeping the low back straight is the key to comfort.Product Review: Poor Fit

I am a larger male who bought this product to help with support for back pain. The sides are contoured and were too narrow to fit my body comfortably. Did not use as a result.
