My husband and I were TTC for 9 months before I purchased the OV watch. We were both apprehensive about the purchase, especially after reading all of the reviews about the sensor drying up and other issues people had with it. I did not have problems with the sensor (or any other problems), and I conceived the very first month using it! We were shocked it happened that quickly after trying for so long. I also used PreSeed, which I think helped the outcome out too. I would recommend this watch to anyone trying to conceive, it exceeded our expectations and was VERY easy to use! I am so disappointed by this item. I really wanted it to work, and I was so excited to try it. But it was a frustrating waste of money. In addition to being hard to use, it turned out to be highly inaccurate. Each month I was excited to see that I was ovulating. But it turns out I never ovulated. My doctor (who happens to be a prominent gyn and fertility specialist) did extensive testing and told me that I had not in fact ovulated at any time during my use of the watch. You would think that the watch would have been telling me I was "Not Fertile". But it didn't - each month it told me I was ovulating when in fact I wasn't. It LIED. That set back my pregnancy plans for many months. It was infuriating to discover that I had paid such a large chunk of my hard-earned money for a device that gave me months of false readings. I wasted a lot of effort trying to get pregnant, and that watch fooled me the whole time. And because it was so pricey, I now cannot afford to replace it with the ClearBlue Easy fertility prediction kit, which I should have bought in the first place. Even my doctor was surprised that the watch gave such clearly inaccurate results. Whatever you do, do not make the mistake I did - do not buy this stupid watch.Product Review: IM A FIRST TIME GRANDMOTHER.

My daughter and husband were trying to have a baby for 8 months, she called and was very sad she didn't concieve, so I heard about this OV Watch on the show "The Docters" I went to Amozan.com and found this watch and I ordered 1 and had it sent to her. The time came and she started waring the watch, but the senser was bad, so it was within the 30 money back garentee. My daughter made a couple calls and they overnighted her a new senser. So...within that first month of waring the watch, she is now concieving my FIRST GRANDCHILD. THANK YOU OV WATCH, I would recommend this watch to all that is trying to concieve. We had been trying to conceive for 9 straight months, ever since we got married. My OB who is a fertility specialist, suggested for us to start diligently tracking my ovulation cycles w/ ov kits. i tried that but hated the whole pee in a cup/stick deal and decided I would just track my 32-33 day cycles based on the calendar. With month after month not being pregnant, we started to get a bit discouraged. I conceived and had my daughter years before, but this was my husband's first child and we were wondering if he had a possible low sperm count. I was telling a friend about my concerns and she recommended this product since she also heard promising results. Of course I was skeptical of a $100+ watch that had quite a few bad reviews, but I figured what's $100 compared to increasing our chances of having a baby? I started taking pre-natal vitamins and my husband also took a daily vitamin. We bought the watch which came w/ 1 sensor and bought an additional 2 mo supply of sensors. I was pleasantly surprised that the watch wasn't at all bulky and pretty comfortable to wear. Month 1 we had intercourse days 1, 3 etc but it came and went and I eventually got my menstrual. The following month, we decided to go for it on days 2, 4 etc of fertility and that must have been the trick! I'm happy to report, we're 6 wks preggo and we had absolutely no complications w/ the ov watch malfunctioning. It did say "not reading" on one occasion, but all I did is slap it back on my wrist and within minutes, it was back up to a normal reading. It may or may not work for you.. For us, this was a great investment!Product Review: It works!!!

Well, I promised to write a review if I got pregnant, so here we go - after 10 years of trying to have a baby on and off, and using the watch for about 4 months, we finally got pregnant!! I would love to say that the watch is wonderful but it would not be completely true, while it is great and perfect for those who are not very good in keeping track of days and temperature, it has a few issues.
I didn't have the problem with the low battery or dim screen as many experienced - but I had an excessive build-up of salt and the sensor had to be constantly cleaned, otherwise it would not read. There was one month of which the watch failed to read after a few days, and I didn't have an extra sensor handy, it was a waste of a cycle and sensor. The watch was very bulky to wear and I had to adjust it all the time on my wrist - it will take you awhile to find a good position. The sensors are pricy but it is good to have a few extra ones - just in case, one of them malfunctions, and you will certainly not want to wait another month.
Although it is not perfect, it does the job, at least it did for me - as my next step would have been fertility clinic appointments. I would just say that you need to take the good with the bad - don't expect a perfect product as you will not get it but it is very helpful if you are trying to conceive.
