Product Review: Close to Expectations

My wife really, really wanted this after trying it in a Brookstone store. After we bought it however, we found that it was a little tricky to get comfortable; the Brookstone store has a chair that fits it exactly. We figured it out eventually.
It's also VERY heavy. We don't have a place to put it and just leave it so we find ourselves struggling to move it around. It weighs a ton.
It does do its job however. It provides a great massage.
