I started using this product YEARS ago. I do have a fitted/custom tray and originally used this product to whiten all of my teeth before getting front tooth veneers. GREAT prod! I do agree with the sensitivity factor and the gel will burn your gums. Use sparingly and be paitent. You will be AMAZED with your new bright smile :)Product Review: Whitener

Works great, but be careful around the gums. You must use a custom fit mold for your teeth to keep the gel away from the gumlines. If you use to much gel and it gets on your gums it will burn them and you'll have to remove it and start again.
Great product. Really whitens!
