For me this product is the best to combat Blepharitis. It is easy to use and cleans the lids exceptionally well.More expensive than the cotton bud/baby shampoo approach but for me much more effective.Product Review: Ocusoft saves the day!

My son has a chronic eye infection; at age 3 it appeared and put him in the hospital. We struggled to keep it under control till an eye doctor suggested Ocusoft eyelid scrubs. With daily use we've had far fewer problems than before. It also does not irritate my son's eyes the way cleaning with a no tears shampoo did (another eye doctor's recommendation).
Looks like we'll be using Ocusoft for a long time to come. I cannot find it in the drugstore anymore, so I'll be ordering online.
