My eye doctor recommends these for something called "Blepharitis" or dirty eye lids. I use them every morning and sometimes during the day when my eye feel tired or gritty. I stare at a computer monitor all day. These do the trick and since they are individually packaged they are easy to carry around.Product Review: Easy to use!

They burn on contact, smell like vinegar, and caused 2 styes to instantly appear. I'm still getting white mucous in my tear ducts all day and this or $50 rx allergy drops, switching to a new pair of disposable contacts sooner, rinsing constantly (even at work) enzyme cleaner, or not wearing makeup don't help either.Product Review: Great Cleaner & It helps Stave Off The Styes

Lately I have taken to suffering from two eye conditions, no doubt brought on by Type 2 Diabetes: chronic and painful styes and chronic dry eye. After some research my lovely wife found out that the former condition could be handled by a product that cleanses the eyelids thus clearing the tear ducts and preventing the stye; it's called "OCuSOFT Lid Scrub Eyelid Cleanser."
The 30 count box contains, well, 30 pre-moistened pad which I use to clean my eyelids while I take my evening shower. Ten swipes with a pad on each eyelid is all it takes. Other reviewers/ users of this product had lauded it and credit it for preventing future styes. When I first started using "OCuSOFT Lid Scrub Eyelid Cleanser" I had the beginnings of a stye and it has all but disappeared. So, I am sold and I will continue to use the product.
